This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use and sharing of Personal Information through PictureAir.com (“Site”) by PictureWorks Pte Ltd (“PictureWorks” or “We”), and its subsidiaries (each a “PictureWorks Company”). By using the Site, you indicate your acceptance of the terms of this Policy.

Types of Information Covered by this Policy

This Policy only applies to Personal Information. “Personal Information” refers to information that may be used to contact or identify an individual. This may include, but is not limited to, first and last name; street address; email address; telephone number; or other identifying information. It also includes non-identifying information that may be stored with Personal Information.

Information that does not identify a person, such as anonymous or aggregated data, is not covered by this Policy. We may collect, use and disclose such information in order to evaluate and improve our service offerings; communicate to our sponsors and advertisers; or for other purposes without limitation.

Links to Other Sites

This Policy covers the Site. On the Site, we link to the websites for our licensees, and individual websites for each location operated under the “PictureAir” Brand which may include PictureWorks owned locations and/or operated locations (“PictureWorks Locations”) which may have their own privacy policies that govern your use of those sites. In addition, PictureWorks may link to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by a PictureWorks Company. These third-party websites may collect personal information about visitors. The information practices of such websites, organizations and or businesses, including those of our sponsors and commercial partners, are governed by the privacy policies on those websites and are not covered or governed by this Policy. PictureWorks does not endorse and is not responsible for the practices of these sites. We recommend that when you leave the Site, you check the privacy policies of each of the websites you view before providing personal information.

Information Collection

We receive and store all information you enter on the Site, or provide to us in any other way, including via any App or APIs. You may choose not to provide Personal Information to us, but if you choose not to do so, we may elect to not register you as a member; complete your profile; permit you to participate in surveys, contests, lucky draws or sweepstakes; or enable you to ask us a question on the Site or through any App.

We may access the Personal Information through a social media provider; through usage of any of the Site social media features or otherwise. For example, the “Facebook Connect” registration feature allows you to register as a user using your Facebook account data without entering the required data manually on the Site. We may access your Personal Information or any other information you have chosen to make available. We may access information that you provide to a social media provider regarding your location at any given time (“Location”) to provide you with relevant content.

PictureWorks may use technical means to collect certain non-personally identifiable information about visitors to the Site. We may also work with a third party service provider to collect similar information. To do this, PictureWorks companies and/or our service providers may use cookies or other technical measures to enable the collection of information and its correlation over time. The PictureWorks Companies and service providers will not combine anonymous data collected via the Site with Personal Information.

• Log Information: In order to permit your connection to the Site, our servers receive and record information about your computer and browser, such as your IP address, browser type, http referrer (where you visited the Site from) and other software or hardware information. If you access the Site from a mobile or other consumer electronic device, we may collect a unique device identifier (“UDID”) assigned to that device or other transactional information for that device.

PictureAir may use your Personal Information to

• communicate with you about PictureAir updates, services and send marketing communications;
• provide personalized promotional offers;

• answer enquiries, provide information, support or advice about our service and/or the Site;
• assess and improve the performance and operation of our service and/or the Site;

• to process and respond to any complaint made by you; and

PictureWorks may share Personal Information within the PictureWorks Companies and with its service providers so that we may provide and manage the Site. For example, we may hire a third-party service provider or agent to help host the Site, help us with contests or promotions, or to serve advertising. Third-party service providers who work on behalf of PictureWorks must agree to only use Personal Information subject to this Policy to provide services to the PictureWorks Companies or an operator.

PictureWorks, PictureWorks Companies and third-party service providers may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support for your use of our service available through the Site.
• To deliver relevant event notices, content, and advertisements for products, services, contests or promotions on behalf of PictureWorks, PictureWorks Companies or sponsors.

Safety is a top priority for PictureWorks. We have implemented commercially reasonable policies and procedures to provide an appropriate level of security for the Personal Information that we collect and store. We require that any other third parties to whom we disclose Personal Information governed by this Policy implement similar safeguards to protect Personal Information.

Modifications to the Policy

From time to time, PictureWorks may update the Policy, as necessary, and will post the revised policy on the Site. If we make material changes to the Policy that expand our rights to collect and/or use your Personal Information, we will notify you of such changes. Such notice may be given by email, by posting it on the Site, and/or by display, advertisement or other means as we deem appropriate in the circumstances.

Global Data Processing and Transfer

There are PictureWorks Locations worldwide, and we recognize that the Personal Information we collect may be subjected to protections under the laws of your country. Your Personal Information may be transferred or made available to and among PictureWorks Companies or service providers in other PictueWorks Locations around the world. Some of these countries may not require equivalent protections for Personal Information as exist under your local laws. By providing Personal Information to us, you acknowledge and consent to the processing, transfers, and disclosures described in this Policy. Any PictureWorks Companies or third parties who process data subject to this Policy are required to follow this Policy and appropriately protect your Personal Information.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google").
